If you are an international delegate and use a credit card for payment, the Conference Organisers have the right to ask for a scanned copy of your credit card for proof of authenticity. If a card is not provided or the scan is not considered sufficient, the transaction will be reversed and another form of payment will be offered to you.

By registering to attend the C&P2018 you grant the ACA permission to photograph or video record you during the Conference activities to support promotion, publicity and reporting this event, future conferences and ACA activities. If you have any objection to being photographed or filmed during the Conference, please speak to the onsite staff located at the registration desk.

 Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including accident or sickness cover), damage or loss to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Terms and Conditions
The organisers reserve the right to delete or alter items in the conference or related programs. The information contained in the program is true and accurate as possible at time of publication.  Payments must be made prior to the conference unless approved by the ACA. ACA assumes no liability to participants, their employees or agent for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from the conference.

All cancellations must be received in writing at the WaldronSmith Management (WSM).

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before 11 August 2018: 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 11 September 2018: 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 11 October 2018: 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
After 12 October 2018: No refund available
Accommodation cancellations are at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
