We welcome your online registration for the Corrosion & Prevention 2017 Conference (C&P2017) which will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney from 12 – 15 November 2017.  It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence the registration process.

Please note that delegates may also register on site at the C&P2017 Conference Registration Desk located on Level 2 of The Gallery in the Convention Centre section of ICC however online registration is the preferred method of registration prior to the event.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include taxes.

Includes attendance at all conference sessions,  a copy of the proceedings on a USB, Welcome Reception  Opening (Sunday evening), Exhibition Opening Function (Monday evening), ACA Awards Dinner (Tuesday evening), Farewell Function (Wednesday afternoon), morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily (note no afternoon tea Wednesday).

Day Registrations
Includes attendance at all conference sessions on nominated day and a copy of the proceedings on USB. Catering on day of registration is included morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea  (note no afternoon tea Wednesday). Social function tickets may be purchased separately for day registrants.

Technical Paper Presenters
Please note that Technical Paper Presenters are entitled to a $100 discount (applies to full registrations only).  All speakers will be forwarded a link to register through the Submission Portal.

Postgraduate & Postdoctoral Researchers Registrations
Applies to full time postgraduate & postdoctoral students who are not working full time. Students will need to supply a letter from their University before registration can be confirmed to corrosion@wsm.com.au

Undergraduate Registrations
Applies to full time undergraduate students and ACA student members only, includes all conference sessions, a copy of the proceedings on USB and day catering (social functions not included and may be purchased separately).  Students must provide a letter from their University, TAFE or Polytechnic before registration can be confirmed to corrosion@wsm.com.au

International credit cards
If you are an international delegate and use a credit card for payment, the Conference Organisers have the right to ask for a scanned copy of your credit card for proof of authenticity. If a card is not provided or the scan is not considered sufficient, the transaction will be reversed and another form of payment will be offered to you.

Intention to photograph/record
By registering to attend the C&P2017 you grant the ACA permission to photograph or video record you during the Conference activities to support promotion, publicity and reporting this event, future conferences and ACA activities. If you have any objection to being photographed or filmed during the Conference, please speak to the onsite staff located at the registration desk.

Insurance
Please note: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including accident or sickness cover), damage or loss to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Terms and Conditions

The organisers reserve the right to delete or alter items in the conference or related programs. The information contained in the program is true and accurate as possible at time of publication.  Payments must be made prior to the conference unless approved by the ACA. ACA assumes no liability to participants, their employees or agent for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from the conference.

Cancellations received in writing at the WaldronSmith Management (WSM) Office 30 days prior to the Conference commencement date will receive a refund less an administration fee of $150. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the WSM Office. Accommodation cancellations are at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
